Why We Need Your Talents:
The position will be responsible for set-up and tear down of Ovation seating for all events that require it. Additionally, the conversion supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the loading dock. This position will also be responsible for operating and maintaining the HALL forklifts as well as monitoring fuel use and keeping fuel resupplied. This position is utilized as an AV tech when there are no large turnovers and help is needed in Production.
Compensation $30hr
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for the changeovers in The Hall and Event Center from one event to another
- Maintain a professional company image and manage staff to ensure proper uniforms and appearance standards.
- Ensure contractors operate equipment in a safe manner and file incident reports and document everything if an incident occurs.
- Maintain logs of fuel order needs and ensure we do not run out of fuel for forklifts.
- Respond to customer service needs to provide the highest standards of service.
- Assist the Operations Manager in the management of third-party vendor contracts.
- Turn in labor sheets and keep track of contract labor hours.
- Train employees, as assigned, in an ongoing basis.
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
- Assist with Banquet execution for events that are in The Hall/Event Center
- Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of management experience in a fast-paced hospitality food and beverage environment and have proven ability to thrive in such an environment
- Must have management experience with banquets, festivals, and concerts
- Must have management experience with events and concerts that have a minimum of 2500 people in attendance.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive office.
