Job description

BAE Systems is seeking an MBSE Systems Engineer to develop system modeling and simulation (M&S) solutions throughout the organization, and to perform engineering analysis and provide results to inform strategic decisions for operations. The Engineer will focus on the design, development, and integration of M&S products for the program. The Engineer will work on a wide variety of challenges to develop solutions for all aspect of the current business.

Specific Tasks:

• Develop and maintain system modeling practices and methodologies.
• Design and develop system models. Prepare/validate data, perform and validate the modeling and analysis, effectively communicate findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Leadership to oversee identification of M&S efforts and provide input to help design, monitor, and improve new and existing systems using M&S.
• Support the development of overarching M&S and MBSE Strategy.
• Evaluate risks and needs impacting future M&S development and integration work.
• Manage projects to produce and update models/simulations on time.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate industry best practices into modeling methodologies as appropriate.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
