We are looking for talented Senior Planner/Designers to join our team in our Newport Beach HQ as we continue to grow and expand. So if you're a Senior Planner/ Urban Designer with experience and ready to make a great career move, please reach out!This position involves being an integral Planning Studio team member with opportunity to interface with our Designers and Architects to create and develop urban infill neighborhoods and master planned communities. This person will be responsible for preparing feasibility studies and conceptual site plans, preparing master planning and urban design graphics, researching and understanding zoning codes and design guidelines that govern site design, and work alongside a team to ensure project success.
- 5+ years' experience in architecture, planning, civil engineering, or landscape architecture
- BS in Architecture, Urban & Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Strong background in physical land planning, master planning, and residential design and planning
- Demonstrated skills in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Word & Excel
- Familiarity with local zoning codes and design guidelines
- 3D modeling skills (SketchUp or Lumion a plus)
- Involvement in industry organizations is encouraged
- The ability to travel to Newport Beach office 4 days per week
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary DOE
- Hybrid schedule (4 days in office 1 day remote)
