We are currently adding a Clinic Director to our growing team!
About the Role:
The Clinic Directors are responsible for the overall performance and management of clinic sites, including the hiring and training of all therapists. Clinic Directors are organizational culture carriers who are accountable for overall clinic performance and productivity; delivery of exceptional customer service and the delivery of high- quality behavioral health therapy services.
- Hiring and training of clinical team
- Clinical leadership and decision making regarding clinical system of care and individual client care
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of team and ensure that supervision is being provided in accordance with regulatory agencies, payor contracts and licensing boards where applicable
- Accountable for clinic productivity and performance, using data to monitor and drive decisions around hiring, scheduling etc.
- Promote compliance with applicable requirements, laws, and regulations
- Provide day to day support to front office/customer service teams in collaboration with Director of Operations
- Facilitate onboarding in collaboration with training and human resource teams
- Actively support clinicians and help reduce burnout and improve morale in collaboration with Market Leader
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members and manage corrective action as needed with support from Human Resources.
- Participate in leadership team meetings and facilitate clinic staff meetings
- Carry caseload of 12-15 therapy clients per week.
- Assist Regional director and Market Leader around statewide and clinic wide initiatives.
- Day to day management of prescribers assigned to Clinic, around issues of scheduling, client assignment and quality assurance in collaboration with the medical resource directors.
About You:
- Master’s degree or higher from applicable accredited program
- Valid independent clinical license
- Experience in mental health counseling
- Comfortable using data to manage performance and outcomes
- Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations
- Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- Understand and comply with HIPAA
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team especially in stressful situations
- Desire to do a thorough job in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train and coach other therapists
- Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision
- Previous management experience
- Knowledge of current standards, principles, and practices of psychiatric care
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, methods, issues, and approaches in mental health
