A reputable healthcare organization in the East San Francisco Bay Area is in search of a new Assistant RN Manager Med Surg/Telemetry. There are three night shifts open, and one day shift is available as well.

In addition, this hospital provides care across the spectrum, from emergency intervention to minor surgical procedures. The Assistant RN Manager Med Surg/Telemetry will join an organization with a rich culture and reputation in the community and state.
The Assistant RN Manager Med Surg/Telemetry will report directly to the Nurse Manager of their unit. This person will feel supported by their Manager and the Director, and will lead a fantastic team of Med Surg and Telemetry RNs. This Nurse Leader will have the opportunity to grow and develop their career under the direction and mentorship of a great team in a world-class department.
The Assistant RN Manager Med Surg/Telemetry will lead efficient patient care throughout the unit. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with physicians and managers in regards to operational issues and addressing problems with staffing and equipment as they occur while the Assistant Nurse Manager Med Surg is supervising. The Assistant RN Manager Med Surg/Telemetry will also be expected to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives with little to no direct patient care.
