B2B Agent
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working B2B Agent for a company based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and text.
Pay Rate
$18 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
B2B Agent Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls.
- Email and call customers to resolve issues.
- Provide accurate and timely follow through on all customer inquiries or correspondence requiring research.
- Efficiently and accurately enter and maintain all customer account data and activity in appropriate systems.
- Maintain schedule adherence for shift start, breaks, and lunches.
B2B Agent Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented.
- 2 years Call center experience required
- Technical support experience required.
- Customer Service required.
