Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our long-term care, 5-star community in Wernersville, PA.

Requirements for a LPN Supervisor with Phoebe Berks:

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as an  LPN.
• Current CPR license 
• Minimum two years experience as an LPN
