**WEST SIDE** Matrix Home Health Services in El Paso, TX is looking for providers to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Must be able to work on weekend and travel around the city.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to our patients

• Light housekeeping and preparing meals

• Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence issues
