Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in providing top-notch service over the phone, via email, and through text messaging. Working closely with our management team, you'll ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, contributing to our ongoing commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Field incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages, promptly responding to customer inquiries.
2. Listen attentively to customer concerns, documenting interactions and resolving conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
3. Effectively convey pertinent information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
4. Assist in managing customer delinquencies, maintaining positive relationships and facilitating solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual proficiency is essential, with fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.
2. Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional Saturdays.
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
