Job Overview:

We're seeking an independent, skilled recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers flexible hours and involves sourcing, recruiting, and placing professionals in our active vacancies. The perfect candidate will have their own sourcing tools and the ability to manage candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates using their own sourcing tools.
• Maintain candidate relationships and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and handle employment negotiations.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience in the skilled trades industry.
• Proven ability in sourcing and candidate management.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms like Indeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $48,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Skill Trades Recruiting: 3 years (Required), or
• HVAC, MEP, Construction or Plumbing Placement: 3 years (Required), and
• Remote split agreement Contract work: 1 year (Preferred)
