Full-Time Onsite with Paid Relocation

Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized architectural firm, is actively seeking a talented Architect/Project Manager to join their esteemed team in Casper, Wyoming. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering innovative projects across various sectors, contributing to the continued success of our client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited university (preferred)
• Licensed Architect
• Minimum 10 years of architectural design experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite; BSD Speclink and Deltek Vision experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary company contact and representative for clients
• Provide overall project management through all project phases
• Supervise staff and consultants, ensuring efficient team performance
• Mentor and coach younger professionals in project processes and technical execution
• Support and advocate for the team in resource allocation, technology, and client relations
• Oversee quality assurance and participate in quality control reviews
• Assist in proposal development, RFP preparation, and consultant evaluation
• Conduct existing facility evaluations and code compliance studies
• Manage bidding and construction phase services
• Strengthen client relationships and build new ones
• Travel throughout Wyoming for project assignments
