LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - ASAP Start!

Now hiring a qualified LPN / License Practical Nurse for a Long Term Care / LTC facility near Plymouth, WI!

LPN Local Pay:

• $41.00 / hour
• $61.50 / hour overtime
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
• Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
• Travel pay packages available for those who qualify

  Timeline and Schedule:

• 4-week direct contract with the potential to extend
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process
• 5 X 8-hour day shift

  LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Job Description:

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with medical procedures as directed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications or treatments.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe healthcare environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct.

 

LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• 2+ Years of LPN Experience.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Active BLS.
• WI or Multistate LPN License in good standing.
