Position Overview

Join our regional support team as a Regional Programs Lead. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with school leaders to ensure the delivery of exceptional Montessori programs across our network. Your expertise in Montessori pedagogy, combined with your leadership abilities, will drive the success of our schools by cultivating talent, fostering effective communication, and maintaining programmatic excellence.

Responsibilities

Foster programmatic excellence: Support school teams in delivering outstanding Montessori programming through mentorship, training, and ongoing support.
Cultivate talent: Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional educators who are aligned with our mission. Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to teachers and school leaders.
Promote thriving school communities: View program quality through the lens of sustainability and profitability. Collaborate with regional team members to ensure the success and profitability of each school in your portfolio.
Lead by example: Demonstrate a hands-on approach by actively engaging in classrooms, providing constructive feedback, and modeling best practices.
Qualifications

5+ years of Montessori classroom experience and certification.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
