• Establish a new spine program in a region with a high need for orthopedic spine care
• No competitors within 60 miles radius
• Balanced schedule with ample procedure blocks 
• General Call preferred but not required, 1:8 shared general call
• Low ED and inpatient call volume 
• Level III Trauma Center
• Service area of 110,000
• Robust referral network of 130+ Primary Care Physicians 
• Developing Plans for Orthopedic Urgent Care
