Why We Need You:

We are seeking a customer-centric, technically proficient individual to join our Client Support Team as an Onboarding Specialist. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in navigating and optimizing our real estate platform to address their unique business needs.

What You'll Do:

- Become an expert user of our software, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Deliver personalized onboarding sessions to educate clients on maximizing the functionalities of our platform.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing system issues, and providing remote installation support.
- Utilize Zendesk to document client interactions and activities.
- Assist with customer database management tasks.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in application support.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude, capable of quickly grasping complex software configurations and resolving system issues.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting emails, blog posts, and product documentation.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a willingness to engage clients directly for prompt resolutions.
- Adaptability to evolving customer needs and fluctuating support volumes.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in multitasking while maintaining high quality and productivity.
- Knowledge of PPC, Facebook, blogging, and social media marketing is advantageous.
- Background in real estate is a plus.
