Job description

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Control Specialist to join a leading manufactuer in the Fremont area. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and production capacity.
• Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources for production.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish materials as needed to support production schedules.
• Track and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays or issues.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Participate in production meetings to provide updates on schedule adherence, resource allocation, and any challenges or constraints.
