Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and generate leads to acquire new clients and expand the agency's book of business.

Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Policy Review: Regularly review existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate adjustments.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging risks to effectively position our insurance products.

Requirements

Insurance License: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Nevada.

Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance sales is preferred.

Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
