Job description
The Service Manager at Mazda of Roswell will be responsible for leading and managing the service department at our dealership. This is a full-time, salary position that will require the individual to be an individual contributor. The position is based in Roswell, Georgia and will oversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service
- Lead and develop a team of service technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Create and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Monitor service department profitability and take necessary actions to increase revenue and decrease costs
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as needed
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all departments are working together efficiently
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with automotive technical degree or certification preferred
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
