Daily responsibilities will include regulatory analysis on new product rollout, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, provision of legal advice to internal stakeholders, and coordination and management of external counsels in a wide array of subject matters involving companys business in the U.S. and the other parts of Americas. Work closely with the international and PRC compliance teams as well as local counsels to provide legal advice on Americas regulatory/licensing matters.\
