We are currently looking for a home care provider in Southern NH.
Residential Resources is looking for Home Care Providers, with wheelchair accessible homes, who live in the Southern NH Area (Greater Manchester/Nashua/Concord).
We are looking specifically for providers who have a wheelchair accessible home; including but not limited first floor bathrooms/bedrooms with accessibility. We will also consider homes that can accomodate a ramp if no ramp exists.
As a Home Care Provider, you would be expected to assist the person you support with all aspects of ADLs, such as personal hygiene routines, assisting/providing meals, and assisting with medication administration. You would also ensure that medical appointments are met, transportation is provided, and basic daily/monthly Medicaid required documentation is completed in a timely manner. It would be important that you are able to work well with the Individual’s support team. Training and ongoing support will be provided!
Please note that this is an independent contractor role
not an employee. Requirements: - Providers must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed driver, and have an acceptable driving history.
- An acceptable criminal history and other background checks are required.
- Experience is a plus, but we welcome people who are new to this exciting and rewarding field!
