5+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Experience leading requirements gathering and actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective product development.
Skill in identifying and assessing risks associated with product development and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product requirements, updates, and priorities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, and collaborate, to ensure focused decision making for product, design and technology through the product lifecycle.
Create, maintain and communicate product requirements. Build a product roadmap; including near term tactical execution and long-term strategic opportunities.
Define and communicate product MVP.
Identify and measure key product metrics using customer feedback, internal analytics and research to create, and measure, quality customer experiences.
Lead requirements gathering and actively participate in scum ceremonies.
Lead walk through with stakeholders to ensure broad understanding of product goals and progress.
Identify risks and resolve dependencies.
Work with third party partners to ensure proper input and alignment.
Be the glue that keeps it all together.
