Job description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of technical experience based on the below IT skills
- Help Desk: PC hardware troubleshooting and Laptop and workstation provisioning
- Customer-specific operational experience
- Programming: Automation and scripting experience preferably with PowerShell
- Systems Administration: Backup/Restore images, Operating system installation and update, Linux , Windows 7,8,10,11
- Ability to lift ~40lb objects and willingness to move boxes, computers, equipment, etc
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 years of technical experience based on the above IT skills
- Digital Forensics: Desk forensics and/or the basic understanding of bits, data deletion and recovery
CLEARANCE:
- Full Scope Polygraph minimum
