IT infrastructure operation and maintenance (service scolding, network, desktop support) for more than 3 years;
Work experience in multinational enterprise projects is preferred;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Good English communication skills;
Working experience in Chinese companies is preferred. 1.Responsible for the implementation and deployment of the system hardware architecture;
VMware, VDI, Windows, Linux server deployment and daily operation and maintenance;
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of platform infrastructure such as AD /Exchange, as well as the first-line operation and maintenance support of business application systems such as YesV/SAP, and assist the headquarters IT team to promote the implementation of the system and architecture;
Responsible for monitoring the capacity and running status of server equipment, storage equipment, network equipment, virtualization platform, operating system, computer room environment, etc.; and early warning, capacity expansion, fault handling, etc. according to demand;
Responsible for operation and maintenance of data backup and recovery, and regularly conduct core business disaster drills;
Responsible for PC, work software, printers, conference room equipment and other desktop equipment troubleshooting;
Responsible for the overall environmental inspection, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Data center room.
