Job description

Position Summary : The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing a sound and secure information technology environment that supports AlphaStaff’s business and technical requirements, including networking, server/software maintenance, E-Mail, backup, security, cloud computing, policies, and procedure development, trouble-shooting all areas of infrastructure, as well as assisting with employee onboarding/offboarding. With a proactive approach and problem-resolution tactic, the incumbent requires a strong customer service orientation, familiarity with computer systems, as well as the ability to load software and core applications. This position is fully onsite.
