Field Nurse Case Manager

We are hiring a full time, fully benefited Field Case Manager to meet with patients at Physician offices during their recovery process. We are willing to train! Requirements:

• Registered Nurse
• Work comp experience a plus but not required
• Clinical nurse from a ICU, ER, Ortho or home health background
