DBT Therapist (Psychologist, Social Worker, LPC, MFT)

Front Range Treatment Center, Ltd. is looking for someone to join our team! We're looking for a therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, MFT, or LPC) licensed or able to be licensed in Colorado.

We are a group therapy practice located in Centennial, CO. We primarily offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but we also offer other forms of CBT. We see adults, teens, and families. We also greatly value our team-based approach to treatment. We are located in the Denver Tech Center area in Centennial, CO.

We offer primarily Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Must have demonstrated experience with DBT or interest in DBT.

Basic Requirements:

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: At least one year of providing individual therapy with a minimum caseload of 10 clients (which could include internship experience).
• Experience or an interest in working with both adults and teens.

Licensure: A license to practice in Colorado as one of the following:

• Psychologist or Psychologist Candidate.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Clinical Social Worker Candidate (SWC).
• Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC).
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC).

Hours :

• This is a full-time position.
• The schedule is flexible, but some evening availability (1-2 days a week) for teaching skills classes.
• This is an in-person position (with the option for some online appointments). We are not hiring remote-only providers at this time.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be passionate about evidence-based treatment.
• Have experience working in a comprehensive DBT program (with DBT phone coaching and team consultation) OR a strong interest in learning DBT.
• Have a strong behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation.
• Be comfortable with trauma and high-risk, self-harming, and suicidal clients.
• Have a strong work ethic, be responsive, value feedback and team collaboration, and be self-motivated.

Duties:

• Individual therapy (with about 20 or so clients).
• Co-leading DBT skills classes.
• Writing timely, well-written, and organized chart notes.
• Attending weekly supervision and consultation meetings.
• Receiving ongoing training and education in evidence-based therapies.
• Occasional networking and marketing activities.

Compensation is negotiable and depends on experience.
