Job description

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Treasury Analyst, where you'll play a vital role in supporting Treasury leadership to achieve broader financial objectives. You'll be responsible for executing daily treasury activities, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily treasury operations, including liquidity management, debt management, investments, and intercompany activities.
- Implement process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities within the treasury function.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures while maintaining accurate process documentation.
- Support bank account and portal administration activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, AP, Tax, and IT to optimize capital markets, payments, and debt strategies.
- Assist in managing insurance programs and bank guarantees/letters of credit.
- Assess and manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and currency risks.
- Support Treasury leadership in developing global cash flow forecasting processes and preparing cash flow projections.
- Execute daily cash operations, including borrowings and investment of excess cash.
- Provide analytical support to management and stakeholders as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business required.
- 5+ years of relevant treasury operational experience with a solid understanding of capital markets and risk management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA preferred, with CFA/CPA/CTP designations considered a plus.
- Experience in global cash management.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate regional and country regulations and apply them to treasury activities.
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $(103,000) to $(154,000). Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as internal equity, work location, and individual qualifications.
