Order Picking Lead
***Supervisor Position Must Have 2 years in a supervisory role***
Successful Logistics and 3pl provider has a great supervisor/lead position open in our Chino distribution facility.
Supervise and train warehouse associates and forklift operators / cherry pickers
- Review and verify accuracy of purchase orders ensure correct payment terms and accounts are in good standing prior to processing orders for warehouse picking.
- Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
- Improve supply chain process for greater efficiency and organization.
- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Schedule and process air cargo shipments.
- Effectively work with vendors to oversee and manage repairs and upgrades maintenance agreements and contracts.
- Maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication and customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
