Job description
We provide plumbing and HVAC services nationwide! We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
- Provide accurate and timely financial leadership and financial analysis
- Ensure cost reduction, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Oversee margin analysis, inventory turns, wage analysis, account reconciliations, and branch productivity
- Assist in the month-end close process, manage general ledger accounts, provide banking support
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and generate financial reports
- Develop strategies and plans to reduce costs and enhance revenue
- Supervise and manage accounting team
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting practices
- Support internal and external audits
- Provide business intelligence and forecast future trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or CPA Strongly Preferred
- 5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience
