Job description
Groundskeeper - Landscape - Private Estate - Santa Ana (Lemon Heights)
$45k to $52k ($22-$25/hr.)
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Benefits: Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, Vacation. Medical-Vision-Dental, etc. Pay each other Friday by Direct Deposit with appropriate State/Federal deductions.
Join our 3 person landscape crew to maintain the grounds of a private estate. Refrigerator, microwave, restroom facilities on-site. Owner provides tools and equipment. Pants, shirts, winter jacket, boots, and rain gear after 3 months on the job.
Other Benefits: Employer pays about 80% of medical premium. Medical-vision-dental health plans are available but not required. 401k is available. There are paid holidays, sick days and vacation days depending upon years of employment.
Job Duties Include: The full range of general landscape tasks; Maintenance/repair of in-ground irrigation. Use extended trimmer.
No smoking on-site. Use personal cell phone only on breaks, lunch. A CA driver's license is required.
