As they continue to grow, our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Events Manager to lead their efforts in creating impactful and memorable events that showcase their brand and foster meaningful connections within the industry.
As the Events Manager, you will be a key player in orchestrating a wide range of events, from trade shows and product launches to industry conferences and customer engagements. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution, enhancing the brand presence and creating opportunities for meaningful interactions with the target audience.
Events Manager Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, product launches, seminars and customer engagement programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, themes and key messages aligned with company goals
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management and on-site execution
Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event outcomes
Implement innovative strategies to maximize attendee engagement and satisfaction
Track and analyze event metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor events to continuously enhance the events strategy
Events Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience as an Events Manager, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail
Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
Proficient in event management software and tools
Willingness to travel as required for events
