Job description

Our client's Public Company Advisors Team is growing and looking to add a mid to senior transactional associate to join their Corporate and Securities Practice Group. 

This role can be full remote.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal experience focused on corporate and securities
• Experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting.
• Experience advising issuers on public company corporate governance matters, and those candidates with a strong understanding of national securities exchange regulations, as well as key principles of executive and director compensation, are preferred.
• Experience with an AM Law firm

This position's salary will range from $205,000 - $305,000 depending on the location, qualifications, and experience.
