Job Description:  

The Director of Business Development is responsible for new customer acquisition, onboarding support, and the growth of assigned existing customers.

Goals of the position - The main goal is to contribute to the overall growth of the company through new customer acquisition, development, and retention. 


  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new leads and opportunities 
  2. Revenue growth through analysis of customer needs and selling tailored logistical solutions 
  3. Increased market share fueling further market expansion 
  4. Improved brand awareness leading to increased potential opportunities
  5. Improved contract development and negotiation

  1. Increased customer base in Savannah, Augusta, and potential new markets 
  2. Increased revenue and profitability
