Deere & Company is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (CA) in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering, System Analysis, related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering, System Analysis, related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years of related. Required skills: Data engineering and transformation (4 yrs); Solve programming tasks and issues in Cloud based applications (4 yrs); Design and architect for the business process to deploy into AWS cloud (4 yrs); Evaluate and implement enhanced design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance of software applications in AWS cloud (4 yrs); Agile development methodology (5 yrs); Develop, code, configure and test programs and systems (5 yrs); Design and maintain coding standards to enhance application development and maintenance (5 yrs). 10% domestic travel required.
