Walmart Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Director of Program Management for the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Product & Technology team. The role reports to the Senior Director, CRE Tech & Product Management, Corporate Real Estate

The leader in this role will continue to develop program and project management guidelines, procedures, cadences, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of portfolio/program management for the product and technology team in Corporate Real Estate. They must drive and improve the functional excellence of the Program Management Office and provide mentorship and leadership to Program Managers and project teams.

The leader in this role organizes and directs programs in support the evaluation, selection, contracting, and implementation of products and technologies that are used to deliver operational excellence across the Corporate Real Estate function. They will work with stakeholders in corporate real estate, strategic product and platform vendors, and with internal Walmart business and technology teams to enable the delivery of a smarter real estate portfolio for Walmart.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct the Program Management team within the CRE Product and Technology Management group - leading program management with well-defined processes and best practices to improve the efficiency in program planning, execution, and success
• Direct the delivery of programs to evaluate, select, contract, and implement products and technologies that deliver value to Walmart Corporate Real Estate stakeholders including managing vendors
• Direct the design and delivery of program management plans, schedules, budgets, and resource projections in alignment with Walmart and CRE stakeholder objectives
• Direct the development of a high-performing team of program managers, assign and direct work, build and mentor resources to ensure growth within role and within Walmart
• Collaborate with stakeholders in CRE operations and CRE campus experience to confirm and capture business requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Drive execution and build relationships with regards to business initiatives with Global Tech - work with product management and engineering teams to define key milestones for business initiatives and drive the execution to complete all deliverables in time
• Contribute to the development of an evolving Tech strategy that will be a key enabler of individual, team, and organizational activities, inclusive of a roadmap for foundational, enabling, and experiential technologies and tools, including smart building and digital / workplace technologies and standards, building management solutions, reservation systems, workplace apps, sensors, automation, etc.
  

What You’ll Bring:

• You have worked in Program Management in a Corporate Real Estate or Technology organization
• You have deep experience with Program, People, and Budget management in a Corporate Real Estate or Technology organization
• You have deep experience with program and project finance, budget and expense forecasting, and management of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) cycles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience building and leading high performing teams
• 2-3 years of experience gathering, organizing, and communicating requirements
• 2-3 years of experience consulting and advising business partners utilizing detailed analysis
• 2-3 years of experience in business or technical program management

Preferred:

Bachelor: Business Administration, Information Systems,

Specialization: Program Management, Project Management, Technology Management, Corporate Real Estate Programs, Corporate Real Estate Technology

Masters: Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science

Current or recent certifications in Program Management

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
