Are you looking for a great opportunity to join Fortune #1 and play a key role in the delivery of the new Home Office campus real estate product and platform strategy? Walmart Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Director of Program Management for the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Product & Technology team. The role reports to the Senior Director, CRE Tech & Product Management, Corporate Real Estate

The leader in this role will continue to develop program and project management guidelines, procedures, cadences, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of portfolio/program management for the product and technology team in Corporate Real Estate. They must drive and improve the functional excellence of the Program Management Office and provide mentorship and leadership to Program Managers and project teams.

The leader in this role organizes and directs programs in support the evaluation, selection, contracting, and implementation of products and technologies that are used to deliver operational excellence across the Corporate Real Estate function. They will work with stakeholders in corporate real estate, strategic product and platform vendors, and with internal Walmart business and technology teams to enable the delivery of a smarter real estate portfolio for Walmart.

Current or recent certifications in Program Management

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
