The Spa Sales Associate plays a key role in hosting our clients through a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as well as promoting and marketing the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program as an effective approach to improving health and wellness.
Qualified candidates must have strong customer service and selling skills and be exceptional at connecting with and truly caring about our clients. Our ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness, strong problem-solving skills and a successful sales and/or customer service track record.

REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS - Excellent customer sales, promoting and customer service skills
- Experience with Retail, Marketing and/or Membership sales
- Exceptional communication, phone and presentation skills
- Ability to truly connect with clients with a passion for helping them achieve their service goals
- Ability to book services and proactively manage the scheduling of clients
- Millennium Software experience a Plus!
- Multitasking while maintaining a sense of calm in a busy environment
- Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Accountable self-starter willing to take initiative
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
