Job description
Emory Orthopedics & Spine Center at Stonecrest is looking for an experienced Orthopedics Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Our Orthopedic team in Stonecrest provides non-operative sports medicine, adult reconstruction, and non-operatives spine treatment services.
Emory at Stonecrest is located in the City of Stonecrest, east of Atlanta.
In this role, the ideal APP candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of general Orthopedic experience as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Nurse Practitioner candidates must be Acute Care certified (ACNP or AGACNP) for this role.
The Orthopedic APP role will primarily consist of independent consults with occasional first-assist opportunities in the OR at one of our hospital sites.
This is a weekday position and will not require call, overnights or weekends.
Our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are an integral part of the Emory Healthcare integrated academic health care system. Some highlights of joining the Emory Healthcare team:
