Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our daily operations, including:
✅ Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and vendors
✅ Excelling in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
✅ Proficiently using QuickBooks Online for efficient data management
✅ Conducting accurate data entry and maintaining organized filing systems
✅ Upholding a positive and enthusiastic attitude that inspires the entire team. With a proactive
approach to problem-solving
✅ Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
✅ Embracing change and introducing fresh ideas to enhance our work environment
