Job Title: Marketing Manager

Summary:

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a knack for crafting compelling campaigns? We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving brand awareness, fostering consumer engagement, and propelling business growth. Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to elevate brand visibility and drive sales, in alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including ecommerce, sales, product marketing, partnerships, and operations to streamline strategies.
Act as the internal advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard throughout decision-making processes.
Partner with design and creative teams to conceptualize and execute captivating marketing campaigns and content.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize digital strategies.
Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing activities, optimizing budget allocation for maximum impact.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support team objectives.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within consumer goods industries.
Strong grasp of customer acquisition tactics, digital marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Physical agility and endurance may be required.
Comfort with extended periods of sitting or standing.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $107,500.00 annually
