Position: Client Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated Client Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing wealth management practice in our Sacramento, CA location.
- Salary base $45,000 - $60,000
- Full Benefits Package
Administrative Assistants must demonstrate the following requirements:
- High school Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
- 2+ years experience in Financial Investment Advisory Services Industry & various custodians.
- Series 65 is required
- Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required
- Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing
- Policy and procedures including FINRA guidelines
- Google Suite and calendar management
- Pre-appointment preparation for Financial Advisor
- Post-appointment follow-up/processing
- Proactive client service updates
Personal Qualities: - Team-oriented with high integrity with an ability to work with teams located all over the country.
- Self-starter, with ability to follow direction, offer perspective on new initiatives and multi-task.
- Detail focused with excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver quality work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to contribute at any level with key stakeholders.
