As a Superintendent, you will be managing the construction of multifamily projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing sub-contractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and ensuring that projects are on time and on budget.
This position requires at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and think on their feet. The position requires the following skills: Superintendent, Construction, Multifamily.
This position offers a salary range of 90000 - 120000 Annually. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions, as well as other perks.
