Jaffurs Wine Cellars is dedicated to producing Rhone and Burgundian-style varietals with a New World Independence in the heart of the City of Santa Barbara. Come follow your passion and join are hard-working and hard-playing team!

Duties and Qualifications:
- Create content for our multiple Social Media outlets.
- Work in a tasting room environment, serving guests and generating sales.
- Ensure optimal Guest Experience for Club Members and Non-Club Members.
-- Tasting Room Sales using POS System (WineDirect).
-- Maximize Tasting Room Sales/Revenue while controlling costs.
-- Ensure the Tasting Room is always clean, organized and stocked.
-- Ensure the Tasting Room operations do not impact Cellar/Production work.
- Assist Wine Club/DTC Manager with Wine Club functions: including assisting in planning/executing special events, assisting in the planning/execution of customer contact via email/social media.
-- Be the primary point of contact for non-Wine Club guests in-person, via phone and via social media.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of wine orders.
-- Be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid CA Driver's License.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be conversant with established and upcoming Social Media platforms such as TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube etc..
- Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, also extra skill in Powerpoint or graphics is a plus.
- Min 2 years' experience in hospitality and/or sales, preferably in the wine/hotel/restaurant industries.
- Possess Marketing background/experience.
- Must be able to multitask and follow directions with attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work undirected.
- Maintain strong communication with guests and team members.
*Position in Part Time, with Full Time possibility
