Job description
ThriveMore Brands is currently seeking a Franchise Success Manager to collaborate closely with franchisees, providing comprehensive support throughout the onboarding and engagement phases of the franchise lifecycle. As a Franchise Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with franchisees by providing operational support to franchisees.
This is a highly visible role both internally and externally and requires not only someone with fantastic customer service skills but also the ability to handle escalations and manage projects and people in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will need to demonstrate empathy and an understanding of our customers while working consultatively to build relationships that deliver value on both sides.
What you will be doing?
Franchisee Onboarding and Training:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they understand the brand's values, operational procedures, and best practices.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Address franchisees' concerns, questions, and requests promptly, striving to exceed their expectations.
Operational Support:
- Provide ongoing operational guidance to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and provide support to franchisees.
- Brainstorms, designs, and promotes improvements to the processes to improve customer service and reduce costs.
- Be an agent for change and support the deployment, adoption, and sustainment of a variety of Operations and new studio initiatives.
- Utilizes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to synchronize and prioritize improvement efforts of new store openings.
- Operations subject matter expert (SME) to ensure new studios deliver against their intended objectives of sales and opening dates.
Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate and resolve conflicts that may arise between franchisees and the franchisor, promoting a harmonious working relationship.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive support and alignment with overall company goals.
What We’re Looking For?
- Associates or Trade school
- 3+ years of experience in a fitness and wellness studio or applicable experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates a high level of self-awareness and possesses resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Travel may be required to visit franchise locations periodically.
