Responsibilities
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects
- Responsible for floor-level process engineering efforts
- Mentor Operators and Technicians on methods of improving efficiencies
requirements:
- BS Engineering (Mechanical or Material Science preferred, open to similar)
- 3+ years' experience in plant floor-level process engineering
- Team player mindset, leadership abilities
- Desire to be on the plant floor (this is not a desk job!)
