We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the Data-driven Clinical AI capabilities of the Oracle Clinical Digital Assistant platform. As part of the Oracle Health AI Product Management team, you will own and drive new initiatives geared toward physician efficiency and clinical assistance. This role is critical to alleviating burnout for healthcare workers and improving patient engagement.
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
+ Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver products that healthcare clients love and achieve expected business outcomes
+ Thoroughly understand how Data-driven AI can be applied to Healthcare and other related verticals. Establish and articulate differentiation from competitors
+ Track innovative technology in summarization, NLP , and large language models and apply that to clinical efficiency and patient engagement.
+ Analyze product performance metrics, synthesize takeaways, iterate with Engineering, and ensure quality, compliance, risk and regulatory expectations
+ Work with the UX and Engineering to prioritize backlog, articulate clear feature stories with mockups, plan sprints, and deliver features
+ Create sales and technical content and collaborate with go-to-market teams to support the execution of demand-gen campaigns
+ Contribute to product suite planning exercises; ensure plans incorporate customer research, usability studies, and market analysis
+ Focus on customer development, identify lead customers, track customer feedback, and validate hypotheses through design partnerships.
Your Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of relevant professional experience in product management
+ 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML products in multiple industries
+ 2+ years of experience working with large data sets etc.
+ 2+ years of experience with clinical workflows is preferred
+ 2+ years of experience working with data privacy and regulated products
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Generative AI and AI Frameworks
+ Experience launching 0…1 product and gaining market traction
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or an equivalent experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
