Job description
T&M has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Group Manager in the Site Development group in Mount Laurel, NJ! A Group Manager oversees technical workload and deliverables of a group of technical staff. Additional responsibilities will include project and client management as well as a focus on business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer/project manager to gain exposure to further management and business development responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Required. Master’s Degree or MBA, preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required in the state of Pennsylvania.
- 10-15 years of related experience with all aspects of land development. Candidate must be fully versed in local and state design standards and land use regulation as relates to site/civil engineering design.
- Must possess relationships within the broader development community and demonstrate a strong track record of managing and completing successful land development projects.
- Experience with supervision of staff-level employees is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, self-motivated candidate with an ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and work both independently and within a team environment.
