Job description
Position Overview: The Senior Tax Attorney will provide legal guidance and expertise on matters involving corporate transactions, executive compensation, M&A, entity formation, and tax consequences. The Senior Tax Attorney will be a key member in providing the highest quality legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and advise clients on complex tax and estate planning matters, including the planning, structuring, formation, and management of entities and the taxation of operations and transactions.
- Provide legal advice, conduct legal research, draft and negotiate legal documents, and interpret and advise clients on legal matters related to tax and estate planning.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of applicable legal rules and regulations related to taxation and estate planning.
- Stay up to date on changes in the applicable law related to taxation and estate planning.
- Support the firms tax and estate planning clients with comprehensive, accurate, and timely legal services.
- Provide counsel and advice on legal matters to the firms clients.
Qualifications:
- JD Degree or LLM degree in Taxation or similar specialty.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Tax Attorney or similar legal role.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate transactions, executive compensation, M&A, and entity formation.
- In-depth understanding of tax consequences related to these activities.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
