Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Receptionist in Saint Louis, MO. This is a 2-3 month contract - possible contract to hire. The hours are 8-5pm.
Key Duties:
- Maintains a professional and neat appearance of the lobby, showroom, and kitchenette for the office to be presentable for visitors/appointments
- As a Receptionist, you will answer the phone and connects callers to the correct location/person/department
- Supports the customer service team with inventory lookups, order entries, credit write ups/releases, Docuware tasks, open order reviews, modifying stock SKU setups, and other customer service-related duties
- Provides administrative support for senior leadership as requested/assigned
