Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for Anesthesiology positions. As a CRNA, you will provide anesthesia services in a variety of healthcare settings, including surgical procedures and pain management. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients during surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with advances in anesthesia practice and technology
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience in providing anesthesia services in various surgical specialties
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in Anesthesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
