Your Role as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA):
- Make calls that matter – connect with business owners, offer solutions, and create positive experiences. As an ISA, you'll use your persuasion skills to turn prospects into qualified appointments by offering cutting edge solutions to businesses that will help them save money, and time and run their business better than ever!

Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling from provided contact leads, via phone, email or chat. Update sales pipeline with appropriate statuses and notes
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on monthly and quarterly bases to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound account managers so they can convert clients and provide quick application turnaround
Qualifications:
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
